Overview
Rapid development of nanotechnology is often considered as a fundamental revolution in technology and is compared with the discovery of antibiotics, television, nuclear weapons, and computer technologies. Nanotechnology is a key technology and refers to a wide range of scientific and technological activities that study and work with phenomena or properties at nanometer scale (around 0.1-100nm; one nanometer is one millionth of a meter). Introducing current and potential applications is as significant as education. In this course, nanotechnology applications in textile, agriculture, oil and gas, automotive, environment, sports and nutrition industry are reported.

Then it talks about hydrogel and its definition and classification, the use of hydrogels in agriculture, hydrogel nanocomposite in agriculture, reswellability in hydrogen nanocomposites, and some other concepts such as swelling rate and saline sensitivity. Finally it talks about hydrogen nanocomposite synthesis.
