Overview
Nano is still a strange word for society. It is essential to know what exactly nano term is. This course helps us to recognize the meaning of nanotechnology. In order to make nano term more tangible, definition of technology, science and etc. is incorporated in this course.  By the end of this course, nano is not an unknown word anymore.

Description
 Nano is a prefix of size. Nanometer is a small measurement unit of length, a nano is one billionth of a meter. In other word, you have to divide a meter to 10, nine times to reach this scale.

 Activity: Cut a 15×2 cm piece of paper. Cut it in half to have two pieces of 7.5 cm. Now cut 2 pieces’half and repeat this until you could not do it anymore. Now calculate the length of pieces. How much did you get close to nanometer?
