Nano is still a strange word for society. It is essential to know what exactly nano term is. This course helps us to recognize the meaning of nanotechnology. In order to make nano term more tangible, definition of technology, science and etc. is incorporated in this course.  By the end of this course, nano is not an unknown word anymore.

 In this session we will talk about safety in nano laboratories. safety is the degree of avoiding danger.Danger is a condition that has the potential to cause harm to employees, equipment and buildings, damaging materials or reducing the effectiveness of a predetermined task. When there is a danger, there will be possible negative effects. Safety is not never absolutely achieved, because safety is said to be a relative protection against dangers.
