Description |
It starts with an example on metals which are electrically conductive. It talks about how answering some questions can help us. Then it talks about a very simple and organized state (NaCl). And gives another example which is carbon, diamond, and some other examples and models them through pictures to evaluate their optical properties. |
Mental Challenge |
How can knowing electronic and optical properties help us in nanoscale? |
Quizzes and Activities |
Activity: Besides the examples in the lesson, give another example and do the same procedure as in the lesson on it to define its electronic and optical properties. |
